As part of the “BA (Hons) Design for Digital Media” course I worked on this proejct. The brief for it was:

Remark! Would like to help launch its new brand with an exciting animation. This animation should reflect all 6 of our divisions, and the brand as a whole.

Our 6 divisions are:

•Production (TV work)

•Translation (Access e.g. subtitle + BSL)

•Training (Teach BSL + Deaf Aware)

•Interpreting (BSL Interpreters)

•Multimedia (Design/Web)

•Community (Charity + deaf clubs)

We would like the exclamation mark (!) from the Remark! Logo to be animated, and turned into a character design. The design should be fun, creative and professional looking. The character should then be animated to reflect each division. For example, the character may be teaching a class of students to reflect our training division, or setting up lights and a camera to reflect our production division.

Two completed Idents, 1 x 1 minutes duration and 1 x 30 seconds duration

At Least one 15 seconds Sting also using the characters.

Below is another brief for the proejct I worked on for Remark! during my "BA (Hons) Design for Digital Media" course.

Remark! is moving offices from Greenwich to Farringdon. This is an exciting move, taking Remark! from the outskirts of London into the heart of the City, and to the business and media hub of London.

To launch and create awareness of this significant move Remark! would like to produce an exhilarating video that not only shows images of both offices, but through the filming creates a feeling of movement and change.

Remark! want the film to reflect the Remark! Brand clearly and concisely, embracing the feelings of creativity, fun and excitement.

The film should visually represent the new building and in still a sense of change. In addition to which we wish, through creative filming, to create a real sense of transformation, from old to new.

And the final brief for the project was:

The aim of the overall re-brand is to improve Remark!’s identity, both internally and externally, unite the divisions and in the process create a stronger and more visible identity within the market.

Remark! has six divisions, each with their own logo.

We require stationery to be designed for each of the six divisions.

They are as follows:

•Production (TV work)

•Translation (Access e.g. subtitle + BSL)

•Training (Teach BSL + Deaf Aware)

•Interpreting (BSL Interpreters)

•Multimedia (Design/Web)

•Community (Charity + deaf clubs)
